Website - Product registration

I'm looking for a lost and found website (under company branding) that will allow:

1) - Consumers to register their product (against a reference number they will already have on their product). Consumer will register their name/address/email/phone/next of kin details etc..

2) - Allow anyone to report that they have found a product by reporting it via the website (website will request their contact details) so that our company can reunite owner with product.

3) - Allow a small selection of products to be sold on the website under a small shop page

4) - Allow an owner of a product to advise our company that they have lost their product and wish to offer a reward (this can then be featured on the website)

It's not a prerequisite but it would be good to understand if there are any options for automated email/text messages that can be sent to an owner to alert them when their product is found

The website should be responsive and allow users to register and report via smartphone/tablet

It would also be great if the same back-end could be used with different front ends (so it could be rebranded for partner companies)

Please also let me know if there are language options available (French, Spanish etc..)
