Website Planning document/ structure

Hi,

We need a website/software planner to work with me and turn my website planning document (which is in messy state) into proper website story board, website structure by adding navigation details, menus, sub menu and prepare a website map/ story board - planning document. A highly creative & IT/website literate person with marketing/branding/ business skills may be required who could turn messy document/idea into proper website planning document while taking my little time and adding his business/ brand understanding and his expertise / ideas to make it more comprehensive document/website functionality . I think this is not more than day or two days task so I don’t expect to receive high bids. I have main functionality of website available but need someone to do a above written job so we could give it to website Development Company for web development.
