Underneath it immediately another news timeline but has “ Latest quote” which I feed into it daily or it can pull from a destination that has a weeks supply for practicality.
Underneath it also a recent/ latest activities scrolling screen..
On the right hand side a daily tip box.
underneath it a search the site box with option to search google
on the left hand side the contacts with my details and my assistants and maybe outsourced call center rep. with the ability to later on add a chat box.
On the right sidebar I want all my social media links: Facebook, Facebook fanpage, Linkedin, Twitter, Tumblr, Google, Email and maybe the RSS feed and joining my email list of special people.

Now the body of the site/blog:

Imagine it is divided into eight quadrants, four on top, four below them and two larger ones below them all at the bottom.

First four:

My blog posts could be coming from my tumblr? or my existing blog on wordpress, you can figure that out for me.
My E.Y.E.S. consulting site connection ( done separately as a simple business site which I can expand based on requirements, this site will have a separate description than this) the apparent thing will be the logo with the tagline and a brief intro to business, maybe a video or quick slide show( if you know anyone reasonably priced let me know).
My weekly newsletter posts. I need it to be categorized by week and subject if possible, also with all the print and share buttons.
My daily podcast which is going to be a set of daily and weekly podcasts of my recordings on ideas and things of related nature to my line of work. It needs to be categorized by date, subject, and also can be shared on all platforms and downloaded if possible to their ipods or pcs.

The second row or four:
My 100 book a year project and all the summaries available by book and categorized by week, month and year, with a discussion area to post comments and debate, it should also have sharing capabilities and printing for members only.

A like button that makes it possible to comment or not, based on facebook.
A weekly column for the leadership of group
A bulletin board that can send messages to members
The page has to be very simple
We should be able to add other areas later

My youtube channel with all my videos and presentations, music..

Music area, this is an area where I focus on music I think is good, it can have another youtube section, a link to iTunes, Favorite radio stations that you can listen to while surfing my site. This has to be mentioned on the top of the master Blog or site. This is a
Personal service point of view: This is my personal view area for services in the region( Saudi Arabia and GCC) it needs to be categorized by sector, place, date..etc the usual things which we can discuss later. This also has a rating and discussion panel and can be shared across platforms.

I hope I can get all that in my site at a reasonable price, if not tell me how to go about it from your experience. Also indicate the total cost If I want to go about it all one time, not in stages.
