Website needs upgrading

My website is built on Drupal 7. I want someone who can copy live, and develop on a local copy then apply their changes to the live site.
I would like:
Clean URLs with title of article.
Second main box on home page should always be aligned with the two smaller boxes to the right, Picture attached Home page

Unfortunately, I cannot attach all of the images, I can send these when you bid.
Half of words get cut in half on the homepage is it possible to correct this, they are justified.
About us and contact should be in the footer together with a forum link, Forum has been set up just needs a link in the footer. Picture Attached Footer
Twitter feed should always be underneath the Recent Content block. Picture Attached Homepage
No recent content box should be in the Fashion Page. Picture Attached Fashion
I have video content that are not necessarily in the Film Category so I would like all video content should be the same as the film page. Picture Attached Film:
