Website Monitor/Broken Links/Page Changes

This is a project to create a script that will run each day and possibly email me the findings.

There are two parts

Part 1

I have a list of 50 or so pages on the site that are optimised and I need to track them to ensure that they are firstly active and not showing 404's. Secondly that they are not being redirected to or from by 301's etc, third to ensure that the page has not been accidentally changed to have NOFOLLOW or NOINDEX in the META.

Part 2
I would also like the script/program to detect any changes on the entire site and report to me so that I can review the changes and make any necessary adjustments.
