Website logo design

I'm currently creating a new website that sells ear plugs. http://easyremote.co.uk/YEP/backup/index.php/ear-plugs-for-work.html

You can use the three category links at the top and all the links at the bottom to get a feel for the website and colours.

What I would like are a new logo for the top left, (logo.gif) and a new promotion banner which you can see offers free delivery (bkg_top-promo.gif).

The current logo's and promotion are standard place-holders that come with the eCommerce solution.

To Summarise;
New logo for the site
New promotion banner for the site

Please use the same size as the existing images and you have full creative freedom to how the logo looks.

The new Promotion is to advertise we offer "Free first class shipping, on all orders." You may change the wording if you like, but the message must remain the same.

Maybe you can start with 3 concept logos, and I'll choose one that you can develop for the final one. Same with the promotion image.

I am flexible about approach as I'm sure your experience supersedes mine with logo design.

Please respond with complete project costs and explain to me what you believe I am asking you to complete, not just a generic response.
