Website Homepage Re-design

We are looking to get our website homepage re-designed and possibly other parts of the site so it all matches. I can provide some of the homepage graphics which we want to keep and a word doc showing some of our ideas but am also looking for someone creative and to come up with ideas on how the homepage should be so that it shows of what we do and how you order a bear in the least amount of space. Design needs to be done in photoshop so can be added to our magento site.
