Website Homepage Design Options Required

I'm looking for a web designer to come back to me with some exciting design options for the home page of an existing Communication Skills Training website - that we hope to update very soon.

I expect to use several designers on this part of the project and ultimately I hope to choose one of the designs and use it for the updated website.

If we decide to go with one of your designs we'll also be looking for ongoing web design input from you for the page templates used in the rest of the website. So there is the potential for a significant amount of extra work paid on an hourly basis.
