Website Front Page and Matching Logo

We are looking for an innovative designer to design the front page of our website. We are a web development company specializing in Drupal. The link at the bottom of this description has a sample of the jquery effect that we are looking to implement in the front page and we need the designer to do all the design and visual work to go around that idea. However, please keep in mind that we do not absolutely require this jquery effect. We are always open to your creative suggestions and ideas and you have complete freedom over the front page. We have an exisitng basic logo image and would need a re-work of it as well.

The front page should work in all browser sizes. If you use the jquery effect, all images used for the background should be the same size as each other. The logo should be provided in a scalable vector graphics format.

Here are some ideas of what we had in mind for the jquery effect. Again, this is entirely up to the designer's creative vision and any or all aspects of the following are open for modification. We would need four images. The first one is the starting image. Ideally, we would like this to display our company logo and would like the Drupal logo to be incorporated some way, as well. The other three images will slide in when the user clicks any of our three main menu options.

Here are some thoughts on the requirements for the images. First of all, the images should match the menu options. The first menu option is, 'Who We Are'. As you can guess, this will basically talk about what we do, our team etc. We need an image which has a business theme, but nothing too corporate. We need something innovative, sleek, and clever, an image that establishes our individuality. The second menu option is, 'Our Work'. This option details the work we've done so far in the industry. We need an image that coincides with that, perhaps a technology based image. Finally, the third menu is, 'Get In Touch'. This menu option displays info on how to contact us. So, we need an image that blends well with that option.

The footer of the front page should have our copyright info, phone number, and our social network contacts, RSS, Facebook.

The designer must use only materials that we will be allowed to display on our website, and any licence fees must be included in the bid.

We have included our existing logo as an attachment. We will provide any additional information if required.
