Website for online shop

Ideally a Joomla install to create a website aimed at selling bespoke furniture and other items. I want an expandable content management system with commerce, which is why I have suggested Joomla. The style I am looking for would be similar to www.anothercountry.com and the attached powerpoint presentation gives an idea of the content and layout I am looking for.
I have hosted servers, so do not need hosting, Joomla 1.5 is installed, can also install Drupal and other commerce packages if required.
