Website for new small business

Small family run events and catering business. Company is in its first year.
Weddings, birthdays, and other fun events.

Needs simple but chic/stylish website.

Would like to be able to maintain ourselves but call on support if needed.
5 page website should suffice and will not need at this time online payment facilities.
SEO required and facility to show some pictures of past functions.
Would like to incorporate contact forms and be free of spam
Will need email addresses/hosting and in the near future Facebook presence.
Would rather not use one of the free website packages otherwise would have done myself!
The website ideally needs to be finished by the end of September 2013.
