Website for new HR Consultancy Business & html email format

I am an independant HR Consultant who provides HR advise to small businesses. As my business expands I now require a website to be built. My technical knowledge is minimum so I would like advise and guidance.

So far I have purchased a domain name and have a company logo.

I am looking for a website with about 8 pages, I have most of the written content for this but no design work. It would need updating from time to time and I would like the option to add a monthly newsletter.

In addition I would like a html email format that I could use when marketing my business to potential clients.
