Website for musicians

I am looking for a web designer to create a new website for musicians to promote themselves/their band. The website is to have:

Music
Bands - Main pages to be expandable menus, comprised of a list of bands, each one with a square thumbnail photo, next to a soundcloud clip, under the heading of the artist/band name, with a tag referring to the artist/band genre and a 'read more' function.
Community

Other Functions

A search function

Printable e-contract, signable by the artist.

Full access to website to update it using a CMS system.

Limited access - Option of members (artists/bands) being able to upload their own material (subject to approval) - so once a group has uploaded a basic profile, they can be given a username and password.

Word Press blog.

Online booking using credit cards using Paypal.
