Website exposure on-line / website launch / new product

To date l have used PPH for two stages of my business, the
designing of Nexchess the product, and the design of its website, both l am very happy with. Now it is time for the implementation of the website ie not on google search engine / no exposure of the product which is needed urgently, wherever my product Nexchess can be advertised foc. Basically l need someone who knows computers
who can also strategically position my website Nexchess.

www.nexchess.com is not live, something to do with robot txt, l do not know how to make it live on search engines and would appreciate
any help in this matter. l would need to be live and ready to trade within one month from now, ie paypal to be installed on website.

l really need to sit down with someone who understands internet marketing, preferably here in Liverpool, l need to be with that person to explain face to face my requirements, l have numerous problems at the moment which need solving.
