Website enhancement

I am in need of an experienced web developer to enhnance my website functionalities and features including minor
costmeic touches. A brief background, the website is aimed at integrating a host of users who are able to create profiles and upload text and video files
for wider viewing. Currently, most of the functionalities have been implemented and the chosen developer would need to work closely with me to ensure that the
remainder of the features can be implemented in short proximity due to tight deadlines for the wesite delivery. Please see below for the needed improvements


Technical Specification


Implement functionality to allow video upload and playback

Assistance in migration of the website from a non-sesure/http to secure/htpps server.

Properly test out implemented features and links to ensure no bugs are on the site.

Implement added profile security and targeted profile viewing.

Employers filtering CV's from candidates.

Provide suggestions on any other improvement to the system.
