Website Element redesign for a Wordpress theme

I'm looking for some Web graphic work to be done. I would like a new header created for a theme that I purchased off of theme forest. Will need to also be able to change colors within theme to make sure the site is aesthetically pleasing to the eye. I will not grant to bid to just words. You have two options make sure your samples that your present are good or jot a mock up of what you would like to do with the header.
