Website Development & Design (HTML or Wordpress) + SEO (Small business)

We need website (6-10 pages) to promote programs and sell manuals online. NO GENERIC PROPOSALS, IF INTERESTED READ ALL THE WAY.
We need: New website in HTML or Wordpress, hosting (if possible), Images, SEO full services (local and regional for Mexico and Latin America only); with the following features: Contact form, Google Maps, Facebook, Twitter, Blog, Newsletter and Paypal integration; ebook downloads and shopping cart.

We have: Flash site with wix, domains in Godaddy, Facebook and Twitter accounts, Goggle Apps email, Adwords, Analytics and Maps, Blog, Newsletter program (Mailchimp and Icontact), Content (logos and text in Spanish).
