I am looking for somebody to provide advice on the way forward for further development on a site that I have. In particular:
- best solution going forward to correct some issues/limitations
- prepare the specifications and wireframes that will be used to find the relevant developer
- prepare a project plan for a developer
- assist in finding a developer
- some project management
- on going advice
The site is currently built with in core PHP and I have a set of documents that set out what the site currently does.
UK based consultant only, preferably south of Manchester.
The fixed fee request is primarily for the specifications and wireframes.
