Website Development and Design

I'm looking for someone that is capable of website development and design on an ongoing basis. We have a website design agency and need more staff to help with current and future projects that we have.

The websites are typically quite varied, so it's hard to give precise details about what skills will be needed, but should include at least some of the following:

- page design and layout - knowledge of HTML/CSS/Javascript, and experience with designing logos/graphics
- possibly Flash or HTML5 (for interactivity), depending on the site
- promotional content production such as short videos and marketing / news articles
- some experience with SEO and social media optimisation would be beneficial
- knowledge of Wordpress
- database / backend design - for example some customers want to have a way to manage products they sell online and require a simple database to keep track of inventory

We are aiming at paying $20 per hour. Note that we're not yet certain how many hours commitment this job would need (as it depends on our future projects), so please let me know how many hours you could commit to per week or month.
