I am looking for a website (which is a not for profit) which is mainly explains how we connect Mentors with engineering colleges at rural areas to organize design & innovation workshops.

I need multi blog functionality with 10 -15 pages and signin.

Users of the site - Super Admin, Admin, Mentor & Student
Super Admin or Admin able to enable Workshop site (Multi site functionality) for a workshop and able to edit the content.

Mentor - able to register to the site and add profile along with workshop deck.
Student - able to register for the workshop and login to his page to update his profile.

This is quite urgent and should be quick turnaround time in 1 week.
