Website Development

I need a website revamped. Similar to current site but more polished. Something more in line with our logo. The Navigation bar needs to be down the left hand side and we want pages that reflect our adwords campaigns. One for Each section of the business so that each landing page is relevant. We want to be able to update the site ourselves so needs to be CMS. This has been created using a mac. We'd like more pictures and a better feel from the site.
