Website Designer Wanted

I am looking for a website designer to design a new website. This website will offer customers the building of apps for iPad, iPhone and Android platforms.

The website is to be built using Word Press with approximately six main pages with a number of sub pages.

The website needs to have plugins to help with the function of the website: social media, video, gallery of clients, portfolio of work, contact form, EU cookie control, SEO pack, Analytics, Twitter feeds, Sitemap, backups etc.

I want the site to be accessible on the major search engines, iPad, iPhone and Android platforms.

With the winning website designer, I would like to work with them through PPH on other projects as I regularly have work coming in to build and design websites.

2. Total cost to build and deliver the website?
3. What software you recommend using?
4. If you are happy to white label the project under my name?
