Website designer / builder required in the south london area

I own a number of domain names and a hosting package but have no idea as to how the control pannel works, so i need someone locally who can take my images and text, and build a few basic sites for me.
I am on a very tight budget, so please bear this in mind when bidding, as i will not be able to accept any bids that meet the price range / budget, if the deposit amount is too high (£50.00 or more).
And i am seeking someone locally, so maybe a post-graduate or similar.
I also understand that top rate freelancers can command high fees, however such freelancers in this instance should not bid, as i am not a large corporate company with more money than sense.
