Website Designed & SEO Advice

Hi I would like a quote to create a website for the legal industry. We are a small start up business with limited budget but we really know what we want and have researched our requirements. Really looking for someone with good SEO knowledge and ability to design an attractive site. The website is to attract business to business enquiries from legal practises based in the UK. The site needs a Google compatible content management system so we can update content. I foresee 5 possibly 7 main pages

* for clients to log in and book appt slots online. The site needs to be able run at least 3 diaries for various employees and the user will need to answer a number of questions to determine if a 30 minute appointment is required or a 2 hour.
Ideally the client will select preferred date and time and appointment type and database will confirm/request alternative date. We do not want to show availability

Our main aim is to generate leads and enquiries & achieve page one of Google
