Website Design/Programming - MYSQL - Graphs

I require a website designed and programmed, details as follows :

- I will provide you with logo design and colour requirements, I require you to design layout / template / Nav Bar etc
- @ 6 Static pages (About, contact etc)
- @ 8 Pages (including index) interrogating MYSQL database and using simple formulas producing up to 7 small graphs on each page from the data, a lot of the code will be able to be re-used in each page with small changes.
- Determine which payment level client is to determine which of the 8 pages can be shown to the client
- Login button on index page - using MYSQL database- can be drop down box type
- Register form page - sends data to Mysql database
- Sales page with options form
- Embedded Hosted Paypal Website Payments Pro page - may be part of Sales Page - must return small data after payment and update MYsql database accordingly

I will provide you with an outline flow diagram, and outline design of each page output requirements.

The MYSQL database is already created , although additional tables / fields can be added if necessary.

All design (PSD/Images) files & full programming code will be required to be handed over.
