Website Design Mock-Up

I am in need of a talented designer to design a mock-up for a criminal law firm website. The mock-up design (which will be eventually built as a WP website) must consist of a Home Page and an example of one complete inner web page. The design must be unique and its theme is "Yest~er~Year", including B&W photo images relating to famous criminal figures over the past 50 years. The law firm has a small number of branches & has a purely criminal defence focus. Despite its success I want the theme to give the impression of a firm with history, close to its local routes that is the leader of modern day criminal defence work. It is well known for high brow cases and quality of work, ranging from ordinary street crime, motoring law defence & juvenile crime through to serious organised crime and large white collar fraud.
The Home page design must also contain a 'Request Call Back button, newsletter sign-up, links to other departments, excerpt from latest blog post and a small 'solicitor profile' area that will display rotating posts relating to solicitors within the firm. I really need a great designer who thinks outside of the box in terms of innovative design work. This is a totally fresh design and you have discretion over all aspects of design elements including colour pallete etc.
