Website Design / Devolp - Website Data Extraction

Hi,

Thanks for taking the time to view this job. I am looking to design a website in order to sell cherished number plates. In order to compete with other sites I will need a large cherished number plate database to offer. All other sites are able to list the cherished number plates which are listed on dvlaregistrations.direct.gov.uk/

Could anyone help me bring these cherished number plates onto my site. This feed doesn't need to be live but if this is possible it would be better. I am hoping to be using the ecommerce platform 'OpenCart'. I would also like these cherished numbers which are available from the DVLA to be populated straight into a product format so I will not have to sit there and list this manually.

The DVLA don't allow any direct access or offer an API to anyone but this is a legal and possible job. Please see other sites which already have this feature:
