We require a website that effectively sells one product.

The core functionality however, will be to allow users to upload images which will then be created into a video file with basic pan and zoom ‘Ken Burns’ effects.
Additionally we require pre-recorded audio files to be ‘pulled’ into the video when a user selects any given option from a drop-down menu. Audio supplied by us. The whole will then be rendered and delivered back to the end user. (This is for niche markets in the UK).

(The site will be directed towards professional markets, so the design will have to reflect this!)

We’ve broken down the elements of functionality required to explain it in greater detail:

Functionality required includes, but not limited to, the usual e-commerce functionality…

Customer sign up, email capture and log-in etc.(Integration with email CMS)
Create and edit user & Payment levels from free (time and volume limited) to premium.
Create user levels and rights access for associated premium features
Auto reminder for renewal at end of month payment cycle etc etc.


User functionality:
Users able to set up and edit own profile page within template via secure login (add text, logo and links etc to their video hosting page)
Send template and/or embed code to client when video ready via email (ability to edit delivery page)
Ability for users to ‘save’ their templates.

Through AWS, Rackspace, BOTR.

This website will obviously require knowledge of server side video rendering implementation (FFmpeg perhaps?) *The videos will not be hosted on YT, but on a private network, so knowledge of APIs, video integration etc, around this area is important.

We already have a basic wordpress site set up ready to be used.

We’re looking for an individual / company who we can work with on an ongoing basis, as we look to improve the user experience and we add more functionality over time.
