Website Design/Development

Hi,

I own a number of domains and wish to develop a website for each. They are all similar so the initial website will be for one domain and can then be edited to fit the rest.

The first site I want made will be for restuarantadvisor.com
Rather like trip advisor people will be able to log on, leave reviews etc.

Initial List of Requirements:

- Multiple search functions (by location, food type, postcode etc)
- Ablity for users to have an account
- Ablity for restaurant owners to edit their page
- Customer reviews & ratings
- Add/Claim your restuarant
- "Featured" restuarants - paid option where they appear at the top of results, can add more details etc.
- Blog Section

The above is a rough list and more details will be given to the successful bidder. I understand this is not a small task and it is not only the front end that has to be designed well but also the backend. I need to be able to take down offensive reviews, make changes to pages etc. I am an SEO so have a working knowledge of webdesign but not enough to successfully make this site.

Please bid for the initial design, there will obviously be on going development and possible development of 3 or 4 similar sites.

Also let me know estimated time frame and which content management system you would use.
