Website Design & Development

Hi All,

I am looking to get a modern, sophisticated and friendly website designed and built for a growing window blinds company. I already have a website however I want a complete redesign.

Generally speaking it will take the following structure:

1. Home Page
2. About us - history/vision/team
3.Our Products
4. Why Us
5. Picture Gallery - need to be able to upload new images of projects completed and categorise these images under the relevant products.
6.Customer Feedback Page - also an interface is needed here to allow images and reviews to be uploaded
7. News/Updates or a blog that can be updated regularly
8. Visitors need to be able to join our mailing list
9. Contact Us

Would like the website to be a combination of the 2 below:

A. http://www.designercurtains.com/ - simple, clean and easy to navigate, sophisticated

B. http://www.nextdayblinds.com/ - friendly, informative and also clean/easy to navigate

The site needs to compatible will all major browsers. I am open to suggestions on design etc.

I'd like a minimum of 5 design concepts to choose from.
Some animation may be required as I'd like to do something with the LOGO.
Also need social media links on the front page (Facebook and Twitter)
