Website design (design only, no coding)

I need a creative designer to do a website design for a project in the property industry.

The project is for the design only as we will be coding up the design inhouse. The design will be targeted towards a female audience and will need to have flair and be interesting (so no traditional box layouts).

We have identified images and have some ideas on creative backgrounds but just need someone to pull it together for us in an interesting way.

There is a lot of scope for more design work for the right person.

Requirements: You must know photoshop and understand what makes a great website from a usability and marketing perspective - this is not just about making a pretty website - it needs to convert as well.
