Website design, build and maintain, logo design, business cards

I'm a freelance translator looking for someone to design and build my website. I have a good idea of how I'd like it to look and already have an idea for a logo design, but would appreciate a second opinion or suggested improvement from a design expert. The site will be simple - 6 short sections - but needs to be in 3 languages. Very basic without animation, easy to navigate quickly. I'd like someone who can be a 1-stop shop: to design and build the site, possibly adding or changing content slightly occasionally, improve/create my logo, which I'll use on invoices, business cards, letterhead, quotation forms etc. Also to design a couple of graphics for the site. I have a domain name and email address already. I don't have a big budget but I'd like it to look slick and professional, not like it's been done using a template. If this is possible and you think you can help, please get in touch! I'd like a quote for the full job rather than an hourly rate if possible, and can provide more detail if required. I'm a freelancer too which is why I prefer to go direct rather than through an agency. Many thanks!
