Website design and development

I am looking for someone to design and develop a website to advertise 5 - 10 properties that I rent out privately. The feel I’m looking for in the website is something clean, modern and easy to follow. The main objective is to advertise rooms we have available, so SEO is key, as we're a very small player in a very competitive market.

The website will have a front page with 6-8 pages behind it. I have a good idea of the site map and how the pages will connect.
Only one page will be responsive (if that’s the right word?) - it will be a contact form for enquirers to contact me via the website

I’m wanting to be able to edit the content once it’s up and running. And also to be able to edit so that I can update (including uploading new photos) as new rooms become available or get taken.

I will provide all the word content, and the specific photos for the properties - but would need generic photos for the general webpages about what we do.

I don’t have a domain name, and am not hosted – so would look to your suggestions/ advice for the best way to do this.
