2) After a clear and concise discussion of the needs of the site, If we embark on this project and we agree on a delivery date then anything more than a weeks delay in delivery of the project means you give a 25% discount on the overall price with an extra 5% discount added on for every extra week of delay thereafter

3) I will need an verbal update everyday through skype or a mail update as agreed the previous day to discuss, adjust or correct any codes that aint working correctly.

4) I will need a verbal discussion through skype of the in-depth list before we commence on the project or I award it to you

5) This project is basically a re-coding of 80% of what is on the original website www.richboysclub.co.uk so be prepared to sign up to the old website and navigate through it to get a feel for what is needed with the new coding.
