Website Design and Development

Development and design of a novel 'pay-per-bid' auction website (comparatively similarly to an eCommerce site).

I have recently filed a patent application regarding the methodology, receiving assuring feedback, with the application passing preliminary examinations.

I'm currently working within a partnership of three, each having a background in mathematics, with modest experience in a number of programming languages. We have developed/designed a prototype site, which functions well, however is not ideal and appears very basic.

As such we are seeking a more experienced hand to perform the development/design. The scripts we have developed would be available to work from and scrutinize and it may be the case that they just require a little tweaking.

A brief overview of the requirements are attached. Due to the nature of the project an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) is required to be signed by both parties prior to the disclosure of specific details/functionality.

Skills required include experience with (not limited to); PHP/MySQL,CSS,HTML...
