Website Design and Coding

I already own a domain. I'm looking for a site to be designed that can be signed up and logged into. Everytime a new members signs up there name is shown on the front page under "New sign ups" and this is live feed.

Users can add there mobile number which will add them to a database.

Users can then add 'Clubs' to their account.

Users can keep tabs of how much money they earn on their account.
