Website design and build for a start up company. The product is an innovative new snack brand. The brand identity and basic design elements have already been defined as has the IA framework. We have attached the current website holding page and the IA. We are looking for a simple approach based on an off the shelf CMS system (considering Word Press) and need a joined up approach to design and build

We are looking for an individual or a small company who can review the brief and challenge if necessary, recommend a simple approach and off the shelf CMS (Word Press?), advise on SEO and SE, who can roll out the design across the pages detailed, visualise the page layouts for approval, build the pages, link in to a back end that can manage an end consumer and trade customer database, and link in to order processing and fulfillment. The site needs to be launched mid May.
