Looking a quotation for website design and build.

Requirements:

1.CMS system that primary school child could use to update add remove content and images.
2.Unlimited content pages
3.SEF urls, manual meta data editing
4. Contact form
5. Flash/ non flash banner
6. Scrolling news bar/slide show facility.
7. Custom designs and altering to make unique off the shelf templates
8. Standard social buttons and fb /twiiter conversation boxes

Wish to hire a freelancer based in UK who can not only build the website but also provide aftersales support with technical issues, email etc.I should have a steady supply of work in a wide variety of niches.

You must have an existing portfolio.

I would supply domains and hosting.
