Website Design

I am looking for someone to design a very professional, corporate style website for a new project.

I need someone that I can simply give the name of the site, and an overview of its purpose to, and that person can create their own design from that.

I have some aspects that I would need on the design (color scheme, login areas, legal footer text etc), and I can show you some sites I like the look of etc.

Lots of future work for the right person.
