Website design

We need a website designed to publicize an author and his books. The design and content would be similar this site: http://stormsofmygrandchildren.com/. We would want to include text, images, and video on the site. After it is designed, we would need to be able to update it easily on our own. You could start immediately and we'd want a first draft by August 15. Please let me know if you need more information to make a bid.
