Website design

Hello i am looking for somebody to design a website for me from scratch. i am a horror author and i would like a basic website constructed along the lines of the stephen king/ brian keene format basically a tab with news about me, my books, news, and a blog spot that i can update when ever i want and a counter on the page to see the number of visitors also the ability to upload images and in general a creepy looking website to suit a rough overall cost would be aprreciated.
