The site is a "We buy Gold, silver platinum" concept. I need the site to have the ability to have customers have a *very* basic login requirement form filled out . Upon filling out the form, the will be able to schedule when they would like to meet with my company for a free quote on purchasing their precious metals. Once scheduled , the site needs to have the ability to trigger an email and sms messages sent to an address (and phone number) with the contact info for the individual who scheduled it. The site must also be able to have the functionality to assign users who fill out the login form a unique customer number. This unique number needs to be able to be modified though (human error does occur sometimes). When scheduling their must be a referal field. This is for the referal program I will offer. The website must be able to associate referal numbers to existing customers. The site must be able to also do minimal reporting. ie: amount of scheduled meetings weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly stats, also have reporting being able to query a customer name and it show all referals they have associated with them along with dates scheduled etc. Need to also be able to query how long each customer has been a customer (you can use the date that they filled out sign-up form). The site will need to have the ability for a "call me now option" where a customer would click on the button and a window pop up for them to enter the number they would like to be called back at, first and last name. Once they fill it and and click submit, a message will appear stating that a representative will call them back within 30 minutes.
