Website Design

I have a proposal for a website, I would like someone to create it for me. I have laid out the structure in Powerpoint as a guideline but it is just a guide and would probably need some discussion.

As you can see from the attached file it is a relatively simple structure but I am open to you using a bit of creative license. I use a Macbook so would like to be able to edit the website using software that is available (and cheap) on the Mac.

I intend to host the website on a hosting website like 1 and 1. I can give details about how the site is intended to operate to the winner of this bid and am after some advice on the best hosting platform too.
