Website Design

Hi,

I have a requirement for a website as follows:

I will be taking photographs of properties and I will then upload these photographs to a website. The photographs will be available for viewing (there must be a big "sample" written across the front of the image on the website. When a prospective clients wants to buy a picture then they are able to download the picture after paying a fee.

That is the basics of the website that is needed.

Other information:
- Still need domain registration, web hosting (will pay for this myself).
- I would personally like to have a web designer who will be confident in designing a site and its features without asking me to make all of the decisions. I would just like a neat, simple application that works as well for myself and the people buying the pictures. Integration to paypay would be ideal.
- Not sure about customers having an account - that would be nice but I am on a limited budget.
- I dont have a logo yet. If the designer is willing to do this as well that would be great.
- The program language is not a big issue for me, must just look good. I have an issue with Jooloma before and I dont like the look and feel of that style so unless you can convince me otherwise I am not interested in this language.
- There is potential for monthly maintenance income to the designer as well.

- I have two other sites that need building as well, but this one for starters. Upon successful completion of this I would engage a new request for the additional ones.
