Website creation (Have all the bits just need them put together)

Hi,

I am looking for some one to help me set up a website. I have the domain, webpage templates, wording, images and everything else that I can think off, I just dont have the ability to put it all together and get it right. I am hoping because I have all the relevent things, that it should not take too long.

When bidding please include:

Your rate as a fixed rate,
Relevant experience,
Have you had experience with Dreamweaver?
and an example of your work (a working website would be great)
