Experience Level: Intermediate
I would like a website making similair to www.picfog.com or www.twitcaps.com. This may need to be done in ruby? I'm not too sure.

I don't want an exact clone of the sites mentioned but i need a website that will search the twitter feed for pictures using a certain #hashtag.
