Website Creation

We are looking to create a travel related website which will include.

-Information about various travel locations/hotels/restaurants including photos.
-Trip planner (basic ability to create a trip including, number of nights, choice of hotel, flight class etc)

We are looking for somebody to:
-Advise on and choose the software on which to base the website
-Advise on the design of the website with our input (we have a view on how the website should look but lack technical knowledge on whether it is appropriate and how it can be implemented)
-Appropriately file and format content provided in optimal way for website
-Creation of website itself
