When testing our site as a single user we see little problems as the server is able to use up to 100% of the CPU to complete the request.
However, when running 5 concurrent requests we see that 100% CPU is used consistently and so we believe that there is an issue with the site and the amount of CPU that is it consuming for each visitor.
We need to reduce this by this coming Monday (do not bid if you can't meet that deadline, or negative feedback will be left).
