Website conversion

I have a basic website which comprises 6 or 7 pages. The problem is that the site includes text in a graphic file rather than in the actual code of the site. I need someone to recreate the site (www.placestoprosper.co.uk) to look exactly the same as it is now but without the text on the graphic. This can be done in any way but I would like the end file to be compatible with Dreamweaver.
