Website Coder needed - Finish off started project - WordPress integration

I recently hired a website coder to implement my personal blog website design into WordPress, but due to a clash in workload he started to slow down.

Essentially, I would like somebody to be able to pick up from where he left off.

Here is what the website is supposed to look like:

As you can see, around 1/3 of the work has been carried out but there's still a way to go yet and many amendments to be made.

My budget is fairly limited, however I want this job to be done to the dot. Please only respond to this ad if you're confident you can get the coding to match the design.

FYI this job is posted elsewhere so please forgive me if I pull this advert. However the same applies the other way around so you could get lucky :)
